last weekend i went down to my hometown to help my mom with her yard sale & i worked at her church's relay for life booth paintings faces & we raised over 2,500 dollars so that was good. there's also this thing called miss relay where guys crossdress and walk around asking for donations & i think i've conned james and tim [our friend] to do it next year.
i got a new table for the apartment [it's my birthday & christmas present from mumsy] and it makes the place look so much nicer. it's a pub table, in black. there's a square in the middle that's frosted glass & it goes well with the black. it's a very contemporary piece and i like it a lot. the chairs are tall with cushioned seats in tan. i like. <3 it.s my new love. my flowers can go over the glass part and it is the table of my dreams...
today i went to rent reno 911 for james [because he was working] and of course i just absolutely had to lock my keys in my car! it was a fabulous mess. the ever so generous hollywood video lady let me use her triple a membership so the door was unlocked for free [which was wonderful, considering the other car key was an hour away from me] and i ditched the whole irate mother phone call (:
my birthday was on the 10th of this month and now i am 9teen. i feel so much older. my actual birthday party is this friday, and james craig's birthday/party = the 25th of this month. he's invited tim, hyrve, and laura and john, a couple from his work. as well as last but certainly not least. his best friend JOEY.
speaking of best friends i got to see mine last week or the one before for his graduation. now he's off to guatemala for two weeks to take scuba classes with his two sisters. (: i wish him luck. though he doesnt seem to have much luck considering he called me yesterday asking if i'd found his wallet ): he needs more luck!
