last sunday i went to carly's graduation party. it was kinda weird at first because i didn't know anyone, but then a few people from high school got there & we talked for awhile. we went to wal-mart for some odd reason, and i didn't have any money so one of the guys we were with gave me a dollar to buy air freshener for my mom (i'd been chain smoking in it ever since i borrowed it & felt bad). anyway, after we left there we drove back to carly's house & chelsea and her sister kailey were there. of course then we had to raid carly's for food & eat nachos, salsa and this weird spicy cheese that her mom kept pushing on us. spicy, spicy cheese. i could feel my lips burning.
today james is off as well as tomorrow. anyway we took this glorious day to clean. unfortunately, our air conditioning is broken and its 86 degrees in here. i called to get it fixed on wednesday and the part to fix it doesn't come in until next tuesday... >.< so in our hot home we managed to do some cleaning today & we also (finally!) put up some pictures around the house: a pulp fiction poster, a sin city poster, the cover of an AP magazine, and a drawing from my CCAD portfolio, all framed of course, for we are tasteful beings. we need to put up one more painting of mine, and i need to paint a 2x3 ft painting so we can hang something over the couch. hopefully we can get these black couches that we saw at the store today to make the room look nicer. we have two rugs that are all bumpy that we are trying to keep flattened so we can keep them, and when james craig's family stores went out we gained a coffee table that's all pretty and a little end table to match it. unfortunately we are stuck with crappy couches at the moment covered by crappier slip covers. slip covers from hell. the pits of hell. they never stay over the couches. they fall into the cushions and the couches eat them. :[ it is sad.
digit is getting bigger and more bitey by the day. she likes treats and hates her new collar & leash combo. walking a cat is the weirdest thing in the world. they aren't submissive like dogs. cats are bitchy and self centered. they do not like to be walked around and such. anyways me + james are going to watch that 70's show now. we've been obsessively watching all the episodes and right now we are on season 6. that's a lot of that 70's show. damn.

donna's new boyfriend. he used to be in the military, and is currently bald. he likes playing the lottery, crossword puzzles, and their combination. he just won 500 dollars from a crossword puzzle lottery ticket yesterday.

amberdawn is jame's oldest sister, martin is he husband. both are intelligent and funny, though amberdawn is more outgoing than martin. they like cooking, organic food, tea, and shostakovich.
